PPRA RULES FOR REFERRALS
Under the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019, which came into full effect in South Africa on February 1, 2022, the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority strictly regulates how referrals, commission sharing, and “spotter” fees are handled.
